What is a shrub you ask?

In it's simplest form a shrub is a vinegar based syrup infused with local herbs, fruits, vegetables, and spices.  Hawaiian Vinegar & Spice Co.’s shrubs are made with our fruit-based vinegars.  Our vinegar helps to highlight each individual flavor in our shrubs, and preserve them all the way from our bottles to your glass of water, cocktail, marinade, or whatever your imagination can come up with.
